• Shipping costs: Free standard shipping throughout Canada
• Processing time: 1–2 business days for quality control
• Estimated delivery time: 6–8 business days after processing

Shipping Details
We currently only ship within Canada. Every order is shipped with standard shipping, ensuring a fast, safe and fully insured shipping experience. From the moment you place your order until it is delivered to your home, it typically takes 7–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect orders
Our sincere apologies if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. Should this happen, please take clear pictures of the problem and contact us as soon as possible.

• Your order number
• Details of the problem
• Pictures of the damaged or incorrect item

We will quickly find a suitable solution for you.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we can cancel it for you.

Delayed Orders
During periods of high demand (for example, holidays), delivery may be delayed. If your order has not arrived within three additional business days after the estimated time, please contact our customer service for assistance.

Order processing & cut-off time
• Orders placed before 17:00 (ET) on weekdays (Monday to Friday) will be processed the same day.
• Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends or on public holidays will be processed the following business day.
